Dr. Ken Ngo, DMD FICOI

Having completed advanced implant training through the International Congress of Oral Implantology, Dr. Ngo has been recognized as a Fellow of the ICOI.

Dr. Ngo is a distinguished implant dentist whose compassionate care and commitment to painless, high-quality implant dentistry create a comfortable and professional environment. He prioritizes patient well-being, constantly seeking the latest advancements in dental education and technology to enhance smiles with unparalleled precision and efficiency. Dr. Ngo’s dedication to lifelong learning ensures his treatments are always at the forefront of dental innovation. More than just a dentist, Dr. Ngo treats each patient like family, considering not only immediate results but also the long-term health of their smile, envisioning its brilliance for decades to come. This patient-centered philosophy fuels his passion for implant dentistry. He has seen firsthand the profound impact this procedure can have, restoring hope and transforming lives through renewed health and emotional well-being.

A Portland native, Dr. Ngo returned home after more than a decade spent honing his dental skills, specializing in implant dentistry. He attended both Portland State University and Oregon State University before graduating from dental school at Western University of Health Sciences. Early in his career, recognizing the life-changing impact of implant dentistry, he pursued advanced training in extensive prosthetic and surgical techniques for dental implants, with a specific focus on All-on-X treatment and full-mouth rehabilitation. He has also completed the requirements for fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI), learning from and being mentored by world-renowned implantologists.

Dr. Ngo’s dedication to implant dentistry began the moment he graduated dental school. He’s honed his expertise by working in numerous implant-focused clinics and traveling the world to learn from the field’s leading innovators. This commitment to excellence has resulted in hundreds of hours of advanced continuing education. Dr. Ngo has transformed countless smiles with full-mouth implant dentistry and is delighted to bring his exceptional skills and compassionate care to the very community where he grew up. He’s passionate about helping patients escape the pain of dental issues, restore their smiles and oral function, and rediscover the simple joy of enjoying their favorite foods.

Dr. Ngo is an active member of the ADA, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID). When he’s not transforming smiles, Dr. Ngo enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two dogs. You might find him hiking, camping, snowboarding, playing soccer or tennis, or relaxing with his guitar.

Dr. Tyler Tolbert, DDS FICOI

Having completed advanced implant training through the International Congress of Oral Implantology, Dr. Tolbert has been recognized as a Fellow of the ICOI.

Originally hailing from Macon, Georgia, Dr. Tolbert graduated from the Dental College of Georgia, where he spent most of his time researching dental implants and dentures. He spent every vacation and school break attending advanced education courses and working alongside implant dentists to help him hit the ground running.

Dr. Tolbert spent several years working as a Clinical Director in a multi-regional full arch group, educating over 40 doctors in implantology as well as traveling the country to provide clinical support. Today, he has settled down in Washington with his wife and is the proud owner of Smile Now Tri-Cities.

When he’s not honing his skills and providing care for his patients, Dr. Tolbert enjoys the great outdoors, playing guitar, and “anything with an engine”.

Dr. Tolbert decided early on in his career that his passion was for restoring peoples’ smiles. “I do this because the average patient that walks through our doors is asking to have their life changed. It is challenging work, but it is by far the most rewarding.”
